HVAC Service Technician - Full time - Central Coast

We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Service Technician to join our Engineered Services team. This is a permanent ongoing role based at our modern production facility on the Central Coast, with regular travel to customer sites for delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of industrial cooling towers.

What you’ll be doing

• Unload, stage and install cooling towers on customer sites in accordance with specifications and Australian standards.
• Commission, test and hand over equipment, completing all Inspection & Test Plans in real time.
• Perform scheduled servicing, inspections, fault diagnosis and repairs.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers while representing the company professionally.
• Support workshop assembly, fabrication and testing when not on the road.
• Maintain accurate service reports, documentation and monthly reporting.

What you need

• Trade qualification in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical or a related trade.
• White Card (Construction Induction).
• Current Class C Driver’s Licence.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience using digital site tools (Procore or similar).
• Relevant HVAC/cooling systems experience.
• Confined Space, Working at Heights and/or High Risk Work tickets will be highly regarded.
